		I am a NEW PATIENT. You have a prescription you would like filled at CanTrustRx. Step 1 - Agree to the Power of Attorney and Release form and fill out our Patient Questionnaire Form Step 2 - send us a copy of your prescription


		I HAVE A NEW PRESCRIPTION. You are an existing patient and are ordering a new drug that CanTrustRx has not received the prescription for. Step 1 - Fill out the New Prescription Form Step 2 - Make sure you send, or have the appropriate information filled out to obtain a copy of prescription.


		I'd like to REORDER. You are an existing patient and would like to reorder a prescription previously filled by CanTrustRx. Fill out the Reorder form Online OR Print a copy of the reorder form (Adobe Acrobat PDF) Click here if you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader. Print a copy of the reorder form (MS word)


	Please order your medication 30 days in advance to allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing. It can take CanTrustRx up to 14 days to process your prescriptions provided we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID prescription. Our shipping partner may take up to 10 working days for delivery. Please Note: We can fill prescriptions written by non-Canadian physicians, after review by a Canadian Physician. All orders submitted must be accompanied by a valid original prescription sent by mail, or faxed or e-mailed directly from your physician's office. You must have previously been on the medication being requested for at least 30 days. If you have previously submitted an order and are ordering refills, you do not need to send another copy of your prescription unless you have exceeded the maximum number of refills prescribed.
