Please order your medication 30 days in advance to allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing.

It can take CanTrustRx up to 14 days to process your prescriptions provided we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID prescription. Our shipping partner may take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Please Note:

  1. We can fill prescriptions written by non-Canadian physicians, after review by a Canadian Physician.

  2. All orders submitted must be accompanied by a valid original prescription sent by mail, or faxed or e-mailed directly from your physician's office.

  3. You must have previously been on the medication being requested for at least 30 days.

  4. If you have previously submitted an order and are ordering refills, you do not need to send another copy of your prescription unless you have exceeded the maximum number of refills prescribed.
